For a full or half day, for an initiation or for even greater thrills, let yourself be guided through the clear waters in a wild and authentic setting.
Sensations guaranteed for an activity accessible to all.
Whether on your own, with friends or family, take the plunge! The only requirement is that you know how to swim.

Roadbook

Discover mountain streams as you’ve never seen them before ! In a unique aquatic environment, come and jump, slide and swim in the crystal-clear water of an Alpine stream. Canyoning is an activity for everyone, and children are welcome in all canyons from the age of 12.

Under 12 ? There are also possibilities, please contact us.

In some canyons, no jumps or slides are required, as we can bypass or abseil all these obstacles. That said, if you’re scared to death of heights, you might not enjoy it. But if you’re looking for a challenge, you’ll love it !

And needless to say, yes, you do need to know how to swim. The wetsuit provides plenty of buoyancy, but it’s essential to be comfortable in the water.

L’Écot :

A classic at the top of the valley, in Bonneval Sur Arc. Set against a backdrop of high mountains, this fun-filled canyon is divided into two distinct sections : the first, with no technical difficulties, and the second, downstream from the Pont de la Lame, which is much steeper and offers some memorable jumps ! This is a fun activity par excellence, with nothing imposed on you! The jumps and slides are numerous, but never compulsory. All can be bypassed.

Where : Bonneval sur Arc (L’Ecot).

When : half a day (mornings only)

Children : aged 10 and over

Would you like to go further ? Perhaps even progress and become independent canyoning enthusiasts ?
In the Haute-Maurienne or elsewhere, we also offer other itineraries.

Few examples :
Ronce : above Lac du Mont-Cenis. This canyon alternates between steep and more open sections, with magnificent views over the lake. Jumps, slides and abseils.
Vallonbrun : this canyon is a little-known gem, fairly short but with an incredible relief. The water has cut deep into the canyon, leaving us with fantastically shaped rocks!
Caprié : a day-long canyon in the Suze valley. Fun and varied, this canyon shows us a more technical side of the activity, while remaining accessible to all in a grandiose setting.
