In a nutshell
On the safe, landscaped site of Les Barmettes
Ice climbing for everyone !
Ice climbing is not just for the elite! By choosing the right place to start or train, you can avoid finding yourself in an overly impressive environment, and learn and progress in a safe, fun way.
In Bessans, on the Barmettes cliff, the valley’s guides have created the perfect spot to learn or progress in ice climbing.
With routes of varying difficulty (from beginner to expert with mixed and dry tooling) and belays on rock for assured climbing from the top, you have the perfect environment to take your first steps in ice climbing or progress to the next level, always under the eye of a guide who will advise you and look after your safety.
All levels are welcome, from beginner to experienced climber !
